Returns Policy
- Time Limit: You have 30 days to return your mattress from the date of receipt.
- Condition of Product: The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Mattresses must be clean and free of stains.
- Return packaging: Make sure the mattress is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
How to Return?
- Contact Us: Send an email to info @siestabedding .nl to request your return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
- Return Label Received: You will receive a return label from us that you can use to return your mattress free of charge.
- Send the Mattress: Follow the instructions on the return label and make sure the mattress is properly packaged.
- Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned mattress, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
