Postage costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for all orders. So you don't pay any extra costs for the delivery of your mattress.
Delivery time
- Delivery time: Ordered before 3pm = shipped the same day. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new mattress soon.
Shipping process
- Confirm Order: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your package.
- Delivery: Your mattress will be delivered to the address you specified. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery.
Delivery options
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery includes home delivery. We do not currently offer pickup or express shipping options.
