At Siesta Bedding we offer free shipping within the Netherlands on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within the Netherlands takes 4-7 working days. We do our best to ship your mattress as soon as possible!
Can I change my shipment?
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the order has not been shipped.
Return questions
How can I request a return?
To request a return, please email info@siestabedding.nl within 14 days of receiving your mattress. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a return label from us to return the mattress free of charge.
What happens to my refund?
After receiving your returned mattress and checking its condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

What is the warranty on my mattress?
All our mattresses have a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and giving you peace of mind with your purchase.
Can I try out my mattress before I buy?
Yes, you can try our mattresses for 14 days. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for free.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have a physical store. All orders and service are handled through our website. Contact us for any questions!
